So for June, I’m currently…

PLANNING:  Some summer trips!  My parents are heading to Seagrove in August, and I’m hoping to join them at least for a weekend (if my new work schedule allows).  My husband and I are also hoping to be lucky enough to get tickets to the opening game of the LSU football season at Lambeau Field!  Other than that, just going to be working my booty off all summer.

ENJOYING:  My time with my husband and dog at home before starting my new job at the end of the month.  My days home alone are limited!  Long, late mornings just drinking a cup of coffee and watching Netflix.  Extra time in the afternoons to shop and make dinner for us.  Sitting on the porch and reading.  Long lunches with my mom, sister, and/or husband.  It’s been great, and I’m enjoying every remaining second.

BUYING:  This paper, this paper, and these pens to practice my calligraphy and other lettering.  I love the dots grid!  And I love those pens, man.  I’m looking forward to buying many more of them in many more colors!

CRAVING:  I want to bake many different kinds of cookies.  I’m thinking about sugar cookies, butter cookies, and some soft oatmeal cookies.  (I want to like raisins a lot more than I actually do, so I decided to kick ’em out of the recipe.)  I also really want some Mexican food, which is why I’m extra-glad to have a group date tonight with our friends at a local fave!

PINNING:  Cookie recipes!  And daydreaming about some DIY home updates. Taylor & I want to add a set of shelves to a big, blank wall in our kitchen, and we’re enjoying finding inspiration we believe we can DIY.  Especially Taylor, as he loves woodworking.
